Product Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to change the product within 10 days of the day you have received it. You have the option of selecting another product of equal or greater value after you have come into contact with us, either by phone or by email. In this case you will be charged for the return of the product. You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it without its packaging being damaged. In addition, you must include the retail receipt. The refund will be accepted only upon approval of the company.

If you receive any of our products in a bad condition (shaken, damaged) you should inform us immediately and we are going to replace the product at no cost to you.

In the case of a refund, depending on how you chose to pay your order and the way you return the products, your money will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the products and we will send you an email us about how to process it.
